Reality Itself is Fluid
This is an exploration in perception, movement, and immersive spatial experience. With fluidity in synchronized light and sound, the wall (where the lights point) disappears and itself turns into a fluid medium.Put on headphones, go fullscreen, and let yourself be pulled in.This is a live audiovisual performance using MAINFRAME-B, where light and sound move as one. Certain moments in this demo only reveal themselves when you're fully present—so take a breath, tune in, and experience it.
In this setup:
- MAINFRAME-B handles the real-time lighting engine
- Ableton Live is the audio brain, running a Vital VST synth
- Some stock Max for Live devices (LFO, Envelope, Envelope Follower) drive dynamic modulation
- Performance is done expressively using an Arturia MPK controller.
There are no pre-rendered visuals, video editing tricks, or complex external gear—this is a raw, real-time system where light and sound are linked through signal. The lighting reacts fluidly to synth parameters, envelopes, velocity, and gesture, creating a responsive space that feels alive.
