No Lights Displaying

If there are no lights displaying, follow these steps to debug:

• Is external power plugged in? Green LED should be on. Was there a startup animation?
• Is MAINFRAME connected to your computer and is it detected?
• If you are sending MIDI, is MAINFRAME-B receiving midi? The zone led should blink.
• Check each parameter: Brightness and Decay should be high. Output range should be set so it is displaying on the strip and not off-strip. pRG/vRG should not be in cutoff.
• You can always reset the zone!
